CLOSER THAN THE SKIN

FOCAL VERSE:

“Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." Psalm 34 vrs 18 (NWT)

DEEP REFLECTION:

Examine your skin. Try pulling it a little from you. That is telling us that when God is saying that He is closer than the skin on our body, the intimacy is indescribable. 

Declare that: The love of God bonds me with Him and His words.  I'll forever be with Him.

PROPHETIC PROMPT:

1. What is your answer to God getting closer to you? Justify it 

2. What resists you from getting closer to God that you could do away with?

INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:

Be still for 3 minutes, so quiet, even away from your phone message prompts. Write anything you heard or saw while your eyes were closed in this moment.

PROPHETIC PRAYER:

Heavenly Father,  we are grateful for the gift of life given to us free of charge.  We acknowledge your presence in our lives. We pray, that, you God Almighty, will help us seek your presence and stick to you at all times.  Thank you for answering our prayer. In Jesus' name, we have prayed.  Amen
