Administrative & Communications Lead
Ensure clarity, organization, and effective communication across the community.
Responsibilities & expectations
- Share schedules, updates, and reminders
- Communicate leadership decisions to members
- Send outlines, assignments, and summaries
- Support administrative coordination and documentation
- Strong organization and follow-through

Community Engagement & Accountability Lead
Foster connection, care, and sustained participation among members.
Responsibilities & expectations
- Check in with members regularly
- Encourage participation in sessions and assignments
- Remind members of programs and commitments
- Track engagement trends and provide feedback to leadership

Events & Projects Lead
Plan and execute programs, initiatives, and activities with excellence.

- Plan events and program outlines
- Prepare timelines and required resources
- Coordinate flyers, materials, and logistics
- Ensure smooth execution of online and/or in-person activities
- Strong planning and coordination skills

Social Media & Storytelling Lead
Expand visibility and communicate the heart and impact of the community through meaningful storytelling.
