A LIFE OF LIGHT.
FOCAL VERSE:
”For once you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of Light [lead the lives of those native-born to the Light].“

DEEP REFLECTION:
Once upon a time, we were trapped by darkness. Sadly, we who were custodians of light, traded our identity in ignorance. We got captured and consumed by darkness because we chose a path that seemed to be right in our sight. We lost our way and became agents of darkness. We got disconnected and separated from light and conformed to darkness. We lived in darkness because, we were farther away from the light of life.
Thankfully, the light of life pursued us. By His love and mercy, Light came down to our rescue to redeem and restore us back to life. We have been gifted with life; a life of light. Now, we are no longer darkness. We are light in the Lord. Hallelujah!
Jesus is the Light.
Jesus is the Truth.
Truth is Light to your soul;
Jesus is Light to your soul.
His truth is Light to your soul.
Hey Beautiful Soul, this is the truth of who you are. You are a custodian of light. You need truth to light up your life. The light on life awakens and unlocks your soul to thrive in this life. Jesus is the light of life. You need Jesus to light up. Of a truth, Jesus is all you need to thrive in this life.
You are light.
You are light in the Lord.
You are God’s light.
God’s light dwells in you.
You are the light of the world.
God is Light and in Him there’s no darkness at all. In Him, we have light and life. In Him, we light up! Therefore, stay connected to the light of life to live in light.
SOUL PRAYER:
Father of Light, my soul longs for truth. I long to continually live in your light but it has been a struggle. Lord, by your spirit, expose and deliver me from darkness. Draw me to your Light and consume me to light up daily. In Jesus name. Amen.
INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:
Take time to explore some fundamental truth of who you are in accordance to God’s Truth concerning your life through the scriptures. Write down the verses with 3 or more Bible versions. Take a pause to reflect while you read them out.
