Hey Beautiful Soul, Light up!
INSIGHT:
My trust in Christ and my perpetually elevated condition of new birth are the only things that accurately depict my journey on earth.
DEEP REFLECTION:
I avoid looking at glass more than a cursory glance these days.
Looking for stains, smugglers, and unmanageable hair without noticing the years passing.
Sometimes, as another year draws to an end,
I find it depressing and upsetting to think about how much time has passed and how much remains undone.
Perhaps, this is a season of trying to seem more like Christ and inclining toward his wonderful light.
Deciding to concentrate more intently on His image than on my own throughout Advent.
AFFIRMATION:
"I am a reflection of Christ's light, growing stronger in faith and love each day. Through every challenge, I trust in His guidance and find peace in His presence."
