DEEP REFLECTION:
Beautiful Soul, You are in Him. The life you have in Him is a life of light and glory. You are light and He is your light. God has called you out unto himself! He has set you apart to light up. You have been chosen, mandated, equipped and embedded with all that there is. You have been made alive in the light of life. Embrace this call with praise and thanksgiving unto the Father of lights.
You are chosen.
You are a royal.
You are holy.
You are called out.
You are special.
Let's keep our eyes fixed on the topic that directs our journey as we start a new month: "The Light of Life." We have an obligation to go more into the meaning of being invited to light up in April. In every area of our lives, we are to radiate the light of Christ, just as the morning breaks through the night. The light of God can shine through us into the darkest corners of the world, therefore let us accept this great calling with humility and purpose.
Always remember that you are made for more!
SOUL PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, we humbly seek your strength and guidance as we begin this month focused on the light of life. May your light shine brilliantly through us in whatever we do, and grant us the bravery to accept our calling to illuminate the world. May the glory of you be reflected in our lives, bringing people nearer to you.Indeed.
INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:
As we prepare to explore illumination this week, let's consider the areas of our lives that most require God's light. Let us consciously look for methods to show the love and truth of Christ in all of our relationships, workplaces, and communities.
READING PLAN:
Monday: John 1:4
Intentional Exercise: Reflect on areas where Christ’s light shines in your life. Journal about how His presence brings illumination.
Tuesday: Matthew 5:16
Intentional Exercise: Find one way to let your light shine today through a small act of kindness or encouragement. Reflect on how this glorifies God.
Wednesday: 2 Corinthians 4:6
Intentional Exercise: Pray for God’s light to reveal areas needing illumination in your heart. Journal insights and commit to His guidance.
Thursday: Psalm 27:1
Intentional Exercise: Reflect on fears or anxieties and surrender them to God’s light and salvation through journaling.
Friday: Isaiah 9:2
Intentional Exercise: Take a nature walk, observing light around you. Reflect on how God’s light brings hope even in the darkest times.
