TRUSTING GOD’S LEADING

TRUSTING GOD’S LEADING

SCRIPTURE READING: Genesis 24:21-30

FOCAL VERSE:

“saying, “Praise be to the Lord, the God of my master Abraham, who has not abandoned his kindness and faithfulness to my master. As for me, the Lord has led me on the journey to the house of my master’s relatives.””‭‭- Genesis‬ ‭24‬:‭27‬ ‭NIV‬‬

DEEP REFLECTION:

Abraham’s servant did not act in haste. He paused, observed, and discerned whether God had truly led him to Rebekah. When he saw God’s faithfulness, his immediate response was worship.

Often, we pray for direction, but do we take the time to recognize when God answers? Trusting God’s leading isn’t just about moving forward—it’s about waiting when necessary, watching for His guidance, and acknowledging His hand in our journey.

God is always at work, even in the smallest details. When we see His guidance, our response should be gratitude and trust, knowing that He is leading us to the right place at the right time.

PRAYER POINTS:

Pray for patience to wait and discern God’s leading.

Ask for eyes to recognize His guidance in everyday situations.

Thank God for every step He has directed in your life.

INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:

Reflect on a time when God guided you in the right direction. Write it down as a reminder of His faithfulness.

Pause before making a decision today—ask God for wisdom, then take time to observe how He is leading.
