With a background in Materials Engineering and experience as a Health and Safety Officer in construction, she brings structure, clarity, and responsibility to administrative and communication processes. Years of secretarial work shaped her into an organized and dependable backbone for operations, while her interests in writing, voice-overs, music, and design add creativity to how messages are crafted and delivered. Naturally observant, Deborah listens first, reflects, and then offers meaningful input—quietly supporting leadership, guiding others into new roles, and creating cohesion across the organization.

Bernice Juliet is an agriculturalist with a deep love for nature; she loves fashion and admires the beauty of creating and nurturing. She has a passion for growth and loves to be part of communities that are actively involved in growth stories. She loves God and loves to be part of God’s active mandate of serving mankind. Serving as the Community Engagement and Accountability Lead at the GROWcode Initiative, it is her deepest desire to serve the purpose of God while growing herself by giving back to the cause of God’s work.

Solomon Ammoah is a passionate content creator, project manager, and spoken word poet dedicated to using art to educate and empower young people. At GROWcode Initiative, he develops impactful content and oversees projects that foster creativity and personal growth. With a background in Health Administration and Education, Solomon mentors children and youth, guiding them academically, artistically, and spiritually. He is also a finance and administrative assistant at his church, actively involved in youth mentorship and event coordination. His work is driven by a deep passion for education, creativity, and spiritual growth, equipping young people to thrive in all areas of life.
