VICTORY THROUGH FAITH AND GRATITUDE

SCRIPTURE READING: Genesis 4

FOCAL VERSE:

“and he blessed Abram, saying, “Blessed be Abram by God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth. And praise be to God Most High, who delivered your enemies into your hand.” Then Abram gave him a tenth of everything.”- Genesis‬ ‭14‬:‭19‬-‭20‬ ‭NIV‬‬

DEEP REFLECTION:

When Abraham heard that Lot was in danger, he didn’t hesitate—he took action with courage and faith. His trust in God led to victory. But what’s even more powerful is his response after the battle: he gave God all the glory and offered a tenth of his spoils in gratitude.

How often do we acknowledge God as the source of our victories? Like Abraham, we are called to act boldly, stand for righteousness, and honor God with our blessings. Take time today to reflect on how God has fought for you and how you can respond with faith and gratitude.

PRAYER POINTS:

Ask for boldness to act righteously and humility to give God glory.

Pray for courage to fight for what is right.

Thank God for spiritual victories.

INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:

List past victories and thank God for them.

Reach out to someone in need of support or encouragement.
