NOTHING IS TOO HARD FOR THE LORD

SCRIPTURE READING: Genesis 18:1-15

FOCAL VERSE:

“Is anything too hard for the Lord? I will return to you at the appointed time next year, and Sarah will have a son.” – Genesis 18:14 (NIV)

DEEP REFLECTION:

We’ve all faced moments when God’s promises seemed too good to be true—moments when doubt creeps in, and our hearts whisper, “How can this be?” Abraham and Sarah knew that feeling well. They were old, past the age of having children, yet God spoke a word that seemed impossible. Sarah’s laughter wasn’t just about humor—it was pain, disappointment, and a guarded heart. Maybe you’ve laughed, too—not because it’s funny, but because it hurts to hope again.

But here’s the truth: God is not limited by what limits us. When He says it, it doesn’t matter how impossible it looks. God doesn’t make promises He can’t keep. If He said it, He will do it. Let this be your reminder today—no situation is beyond God’s ability. Lay your doubts down and pick up your faith.

PRAYER POINTS:

Pray for faith to believe in God’s timing.

Ask for patience in seasons of waiting.

Pray for the courage to believe again where hope has been lost.

Ask God to breathe life into every dream that seems dead and impossible.

INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:

Write down one long-awaited promise and reaffirm your trust in God’s timing.
