FOCAL VERSE:
“For I know the plans and thoughts that I have for you,’ says the Lord, ‘plans for peace and well-being and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”- Jeremiah 29:11 AMP
DEEP REFLECTION:
The word “know” in the focal verse in Hebrews means to experience or to know intimately. Amazing, right?!
See, as children of God, He knows us intimately, and this level of intimacy is more than what we can think of. God desires a relationship with us more than we can ever imagine. Even before we made up our minds about Him, He had already started to think of ways to make us feel special, like we are the only ones on His mind.
Today, His message to us is simple: even when we think we are unworthy, He still chooses us.
Hebrews 4:16 (TPT) says ‘So now we draw near freely and boldly to where grace is enthroned, to receive mercy’s kiss and discover the grace we urgently need to strengthen us in our time of weakness. ‘
Whether you feel that you are full of His grace or too weak and filthy, remember that He chose us and knows of our shortcomings.

PROPHETIC PROMPTS:
Am I hesitant to approach the throne of God to receive mercy’s kiss and discover grace?
Am I consciously aware that God loves me and wants me close to Himself?
INTENTIONAL EXERCISE:
Put away all distractions and focus on the lover of your soul.
Find a quiet place and time and concentrate on Him.
Don’t be hesitant to leave. Put down what He impresses on your heart and ruminate on these words.
PROPHETIC PRAYER:
I submit my thoughts to the leading of the Spirit of God. I approach the throne room of God boldly. My past is buried with Christ, and I arose with Christ, full of His glory.
