A TRUSTED ANCHOR
FOCAL VERSE
“And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.”

DEEP REFLECTION
Humanity is known to be sustained by air and water. Cut out any of these two and trouble will be dancing on the corridors of all affected. No human life is unimportant. God values and cherishes each soul — the reason He sent His only Son to restore us back to Him (John 3:16).
We only have salvation through Christ Jesus and no other means. He is our sure anchor. One which holds and secured each and every soul that believes and allows HIM access to take absolute control over his/her life. Whereas many of us often downplay the word anchor whenever it is mentioned, Marine personnel do uphold its importance to their world. Almost every sailor loves his/her anchor. It keeps and secures one’s ship on waters either in a calm or scary moment.
Now, Christ Jesus knew we won’t be able to do life on our own entirely. We can’t face principalities, trying times and pestilences etc. basing on our own strength thus, He offered to be an anchor that secures and takes us through these situations whenever they arise. In as much as there is a never failing power in the name and blood of Christ Jesus, HE won’t get to work unless we invite and allow Him access.
We allow Him access by accepting Him as our Lord and Saviour. More, you cannot accept something without trusting it. Immediately you accept something, you open yourself up to trust it. Therefore, it is up to us all to do the needful. There are many powers that claim to save and make whole but none has been able to restore and distinguish life like our Christ Jesus. The choice is all yours to make but I will definitely recommend you try Christ Jesus. He is the restorer and maker of humans, He is worth giving a try and chance.
SOUL PRAYER
Dear God, help me trust and give access to all areas of my life. Help me see stuff how you see them and do life your way, Amen.
INTENTIONAL EXERCISE
Apportion a time for fellowship with God daily. Be consistent and open with all your worries.
